Strength & Conditioning for Volleyball

JUMP HIGHER, HIT HARDER & MOVE QUICKER!

Strength & Conditioning for Volleyball is a specialized, small group program of specific exercises for young and experienced volleyball players. Athletes learn safe exercise techniques, postural cues and injury prevention while becoming strong and confident.  Strength & Conditioning sessions are held twice a week for two weeks at Lantana Fitness, just a short drive from Lake Worth Christian School.

Sessions focus on key strength training exercises, a progressive plyometric jump program, balance and core control, effective stretching,  and teach the fundamentals and principles needed for safe, effective strength and power work.

This is a specialized small group program of specific exercises for volleyball players to improve:

  • Strength

  • Power

  • Agility

  • Speed

  • Balance

  • Vertical Jump

  • Reaction Time

  • Injury Prevention

Program Special:
Add Two (2) Weeks of Unlimited Gym Access for participant, plus one parent/family member, for only $25. Includes group classes, yoga and full use of facility.

Session 1: June 7:30pm-8:30pm

Session 2: July 7:30pm-8:30pm
Tuesday July 11 & Thursday July 13
Tuesday July 18 & Thursday July 20

Cost:
$100 per athlete, per session.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration required.
