Strength & Conditioning for Volleyball



Strength & Conditioning for Volleyball is a specialized, small group program of specific exercises for young and experienced volleyball players. Athletes learn safe exercise techniques, postural cues and injury prevention while becoming strong and confident.  Strength & Conditioning sessions are held twice a week for two weeks at Lantana Fitness, just a short drive from Lake Worth Christian School.

Sessions focus on key strength training exercises, a progressive plyometric jump program, balance and core control, effective stretching,  and teach the fundamentals and principles needed for safe, effective strength and power work.

This is a specialized small group program of specific exercises for volleyball players to improve:

  • Strength

  • Power

  • Agility

  • Speed

  • Balance

  • Vertical Jump

  • Reaction Time

  • Injury Prevention

Add Two (2) Weeks of Unlimited Gym Access for participant, plus one parent/family member, for only $25. Includes group classes, yoga and full use of facility.

Our goal is to increase strength and confidence in athletes. With better skills, athletes can enter the club season as strong and mentally prepared as possible!

Strength & Conditioning for Volleyball sessions will help your athlete and your club become stronger, faster, avoid common injuries and be more resilient for seasons to come, while teaching them a lifetime of healthy habits.
